Our Purgatory Green Chili, with just enough spice to leave you wanting more, can be used to smother one of our Mexican creations or fantastic burgers.  Don't like too much spice, try our traditional red chili instead.

A new twist on an old favorite. We've taken 2 big pieces of Indian Flat Bread, added 3 cheeses, Wisconsin Shredded Cheddar, Pepper Jack and Swiss, placed it in between the flat bread, grilled and melted the cheese to perfection and on top of that, added sauteed mushrooms and tomatoes.   This is a must for any grilled cheese lover.  

Mesquite Chicken is a house specialty.  Take a skinless, boneless breast of chicken and marinate it in our own secret recipe, steeped with old west flavor, you'll think your out on the range.

Our Buckskin Joe BBQ Beef Sandwich is "3 napkins required" good.  Ooey and gooey the bottom line is you know you'll have eaten BBQ when you finish this meal.
